1. Your 14-Day Free Trial

Your Auryve Rewards Membership begins with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged anything today. Your membership benefits are active immediately for the full 14 days.

If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your paid membership begins automatically and your payment method will be charged $29.99 USD on day 15, and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.

You may cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged at all. See Section 7 for how to cancel.

We will send you a reminder email 3 days before your free trial ends, so you have time to decide before any charge is made.

2. Membership Billing

After the 14-day free trial, the Auryve Rewards Membership is billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days. The first charge is processed on day 15, at the end of your free trial. You will then be charged $29.99 every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.

Recurring billing disclosure: By starting your Auryve Rewards Membership, you agree to a 14-day free trial followed by recurring charges of $29.99 USD every 30 days until you cancel your subscription. You will receive a reminder 3 days before your free trial converts to a paid membership, an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each subsequent transaction, and a receipt after each successful transaction.

3. Your Exclusive Member Perks

While your membership remains active and in good standing, including during your free trial, you unlock:

• Half-Price Access: A 50% discount on every product in the Auryve collection.
• VIP Priority Support: Members move to the front of the line for all customer service inquiries.
• Express Fulfillment: All member orders are fast-tracked for expedited processing and shipping.
• Early Access: First look at selected product launches and limited offers.
• Seasonal Member Offers: Exclusive promotions and curated content when available.

Benefits may vary from time to time and are active only while your membership remains current and paid.

Your membership is entirely hands-off. It renews on its own, so there is no need to manually re-purchase your benefits each month.

5. Automatic Renewal and Authorization

By starting your membership, you authorize Romana Holdings LLC to charge the payment method used at checkout $29.99 USD at the end of your 14-day free trial, and every 30 days thereafter, until you cancel.

6. Electronic Notification and Receipts

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your free trial converts to a paid membership. For each subsequent recurring charge, you will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days beforehand, and a receipt after each successful charge. It is your responsibility to keep the email address on your account accurate and able to receive these notifications.

7. How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time, during the free trial or afterwards, with no cancellation fee, using any of these options:

• Log into your Account dashboard at auryveofficial.com/account and manage your subscription settings.
• Visit the Cancel Membership page at auryveofficial.com/pages/cancel-membership.
• Email us at support@auryveofficial.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership - [Your Order Email]".

No phone call is required to cancel. In line with FTC click-to-cancel rules, cancellations are processed promptly with no retention steps and no waiting period. To avoid a charge, please submit your cancellation before your free trial ends or before your next scheduled billing date.

8. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel during your free trial, your membership ends and you are never charged. If you cancel a paid membership, your benefits remain fully active until the last day of your current paid billing period. Once that cycle ends, your benefits stop and no further charges are made.

9. Membership Refunds

Membership charges are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the billing date for that billing cycle. To request a refund, contact support@auryveofficial.com within 14 days of the charge and include your name, order email, and order number if available. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.

10. Pricing or Benefit Changes

We may update the membership price, included benefits, or terms from time to time. If we make a material change to the recurring price or key terms, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect where required by applicable law. You may cancel if you do not agree to the updated terms.

11. Checkout Authorization

By finalizing your checkout, you authorize Auryve to charge your chosen payment method $29.99 USD at the end of your 14-day free trial and every 30 days thereafter, according to the terms above. This authorization remains active until you cancel. Completing your purchase confirms your full acceptance of this policy.
